I spent 10 years as a police officer, where it was important for me to maintain a good level of fitness to cope with the mental and physical demands of the job. Away from work I also took pleasure in helping friends and colleagues with their exercise and nutrition.
Achieving my personal fitness goals, and experiencing the rollercoaster of emotions that goes with them, drove my passion further and I qualified as a Personal Trainer. My main aim was to help other people change their lifestyle and achieve their own health and fitness goals.
I have helped hundreds of people improve their health and inspired them to exercise by using the practical and academic knowledge i’ve developed over the last 35 years. My focus is being the motivational and supportive Personal Trainer i’d want to train me.
