I can assure you it’s normal to feel this way, as I have also felt confused many times throughout my life. I lived through the 1980’s when low-fat diets were the fad, only now to discover, with modern science, the advice was actually incorrect. In the 80’s there was little scientific evidence available in relation to health and fitness, unlike today. Having experienced this, both then and now, it’s much clearer to see that we need to be SMARTER in our approach to nutrition and exercise.
