Regular exercise and good nutrition are fundamental components of optimum health. The Health4You packages I offer can concentrate on one of these or combine both depending on your needs. Each session will be specifically designed to meet your individual requirements, following a free initial consultation. Nutrition analysis and guidance sessions can be conducted face to face, via phone or Skype. Personal Training sessions will be conducted face to face. Single sessions or discounted packages can be purchased.
Good nutrition is vital for optimum health. If you put the wrong fuel in your car it would stop and, just like a car, your body needs to be fuelled correctly. A balanced diet can enhance your wellbeing and a sensible approach to nutrition brings health benefits and an improved quality of life.
